Thirteen questions people actually ask before they buy. Two of them are answered no, and those are the two worth reading first.
Before you buy
What it does, what it refuses to do, and what it costs you.
- What arrives every morning?
- A brief: a lead that says what the day is about, up to three angles worth posting with a draft for each, and the lighter sections underneath. Every card names its publisher, carries its date and links to the article. Three minutes to read.
- Where does it come from, and can I add my own sources?
- The authorities and registers in your field, the trade press, and searches in each market's own language. You see every proposed source with what it published that day and tick the ones you want, and you can paste any feed or page of your own at any time.
- How is this different from asking a chat assistant?
- A chat assistant answers the question you remembered to ask, from what it already knows. This reads a named set of sources every night whether or not you thought to ask, and every card carries the source it came from.
- Does it write the post, or just the idea?
- Both. Every card carries a ready draft in the profile's voice, written from the same material as the card. You edit it and publish it yourself.
- Will it sound like me?
- Paste a post as it actually went out and the next drafts follow your length, your openings and your words. The more you paste back, the closer it gets.
- What happens on a quiet day?
- It says so, and why. You get a shorter honest brief, sometimes built on your own standing themes instead of the news. It never pads the page to look busy.
- Does it post to my channels?
- No, and it never has access to them. No passwords, no connected accounts, nothing posting in your name. You copy what you want and publish it yourself.
- Can my colleagues use it with me?
- Yes, and they are free: everyone gets their own login. Someone takes a card so nobody writes it twice, asks a colleague to check a source or review a draft, and the profile keeps one memory the whole team works from.
- What if a card is wrong?
- Every card links to the article it was built on, so you check before you post. We never claim a card cannot be wrong: what we guarantee is that you can always see where it came from, and a morning with too little to cite is labelled instead of filled.
- Which languages and markets does it work in?
- It reads across languages and writes in the profile's own, for the markets you name. Regulation follows the country a profile is actually based in, so a British company is not handed Swedish law.
- How long does setup take, and what do you need from me?
- About ten minutes, once. Your website, so we can draft the profile; your reading of that profile, so it is right; and a tick on the sources you want. The first brief arrives the next morning.
- Can I pause or cancel?
- Yes, from the plan page, yourself. A paused profile stops costing and keeps its history; a removed one can be restored for 90 days. Nothing needs an email to us.
- Where does my data live, and do you train on it?
- On a server in the EU, and no. Your profile, your posts and your feedback are used to make your own briefs and nothing else, and you can export or delete everything from your account page.
